Preparation Tips On Irish Party Tshirts And An Awesome St. Patrick's Day

By Roger Ames

If you're like 97% perfect on the rest of America, then you like to make up statistics on the fly. Also, you like to go out on Saint Patrick's Day and have a good time. You probably run out and meet up with all of your friends. All of you wear hilarious Irish shirts and you get pretty toasty while drinking pints of green beer. Well, that is boring if you ask me. If you want a party like you'll never forget, then you need to go way beyond just wearing green shirts.

Saint Patrick's Day is a drinking holiday just like any other, but unlike other holidays your personal preparation is what really makes the difference. Lots of people dress in special Irish tshirts and go out on St. Patrick's Day. In fact, we were taught at an early age that if you don't at least wear green, you're going to have a plug pinched out of you. There is just so much more you can do and wear to get ready for this particular holiday.

What having the time of your life on Saint Patrick's Day really requires is a bit of planning and foresight. You really need to be plotting your costume a few months ahead of time so that you can do a little at a time instead of rushing something together in the last few days before the holiday arrives. This is especially true for any items you may need to craft yourself. Working your butt off on a project with a severe deadline will sap all of the fun out of your night out. You might as well just go online and but some goofy Irish tee shirts.

I always consider some cool Irish shirts a requirement to any of my St. Patrick's Day outfits. They are simply traditional at this point, so I pick out a good shirt and build my ensemble around it. Green and glittery suspenders? A tall Dr. Suess hat covered in clovers? How about some crazy face paint? You can literally do any number of things to be the loudest and most insanely-dressed reveler in the crowd, and people will adore you for it.

If you feel like an idiot when you first get to the pub, then you are doing something right. It will be a little awkward dressed so insanely while people are still sober. Once the party really starts ramping up, you will notice a difference. You will be sought out be nearly everyone for pictures and free drinks, because people will absolutely adore you. I even had a bar owner pay my tab for me so that I would stay at his bar and entertain his guests. I promise you that you won't find anyone buying you drinks just because you're wearing awesome Irish t shirts.
