The Reasoning Behind Turban Colors

Around the desert areas, and everywhere around the globe, people are wearing turbans. Specific races and religions, however, also use this apparel. Across nations and regions there are many different styles and turban colors.

Usually the thought behind it may be a symbolic. Nonetheless it ends up to be largely a private matter with the user. The stylish men would wear those that are darker so it matches with the ensemble they already have.

When it involves this attire, there are no particular rules to what you would wear. The color would typically show the degrees of rank and additionally race, in some instances. The lighter blue are typically worn for the crown chakra.

White would often be worn to extend the aura and will also function as protection. Sikh ministers or teachers often wear navy and royal blue turbans. They wear these as signs of protection. It is also what the warriors would have worn in times of war.

Most Sikhs the world over wear saffron orange. This color does not have a particular meaning attached to it. It does, however, indicate wisdom. The rest that are worn by the men do not have a particular meaning except for them to look good.

The look is solely a matter of matching their head wear with any outfit that they are wearing at the time. This is seen mostly in the areas where men wear business suits. In most cases these would be black or dark blue. A number of these businessmen would match the color of their suits with the color of the turban.

In most cases there are so many of these available that anyone can choose any one they would like to wear. Even those in the military would wear one in camouflage. Individuals in the different areas of life would wear what they choose. They would wear whatever fancies them on a particular day.

There are several brilliantly colored ones and hues of varied ones. It also has to do with how you would wear it. It is mostly worn with joy and pride. This is apparel that is worn in terms of what the individual likes. It does not really matter what the pattern, the color or planning is.

It is additionally a simple matter of how you wear it as an individual. It can be worn though, for reasons of humility, integrity, ethics, honesty, discipline and spirituality. Men wear this as a completion of their daily outfits.

Muslims feel that white is sacred or holy. The reason is that the prophet Mohammed wore it. They would additionally wear green. Muslim men, however, do not always wear a turban when in Western countries.

Again in the desert areas of Northern Africa, men wear it to cover their faces against the sand. Here they wear light blue, as it is believed to be cool. The cool, blue color represents water. The wearing of the turban colors around all nations, everywhere, is therefore not aimed specifically at a particular meaning.
