By Patricia Wright

Most teens will suffer from severe skin problem. Because teenagers are especially aware of things others say and think, it can all feel more acute than it is. It does not matter how many times you wash or if you avoid junk food. If you have acne, you can have poorer self esteem, find it difficult to find friends plus it can even adversely affect how you behave on a daily basis.

It goes without saying, most teenagers suffering from severe acne tries almost any weapon to get rid of their acne and transform their condition. Although it is almost always found on the face, acne can also strike the shoulders, chest and back. The face is where is is most noticeable and harder to clear.

Almost all medicines are based on treating the illness once it has arrived, rather than trying to prevent it. Although these products can be effective, they can also have often known reactions. Because they usually contain toxic toxic chemicals, they might even threaten the health of the afflicted person. Preventing acne to begin with is a much better way to go, because it allows teens to live a happy life without the social discomfort and shame that come with it.

It's often a good plan to conceal your complexion problems. One color to forget about is red, which highlights bad skin. The human eye naturally puts together similar colors; that being the case, if you have blue eyes, try and opt for blue.

Where on earth you are, what your ethnic culture or skin tone has a negligible effect on whether you'll get acne or not. As many people in Athens, Lagos, or Russia have acne as they do in Seattle, Atlantic City or South Carolina.

Based on the findings of supposed experts, acne has many causes, these include your genetic compositions and the body's hormones, anxieties, and even eating too much sugary things. The people say you should leave out sugar and keep yourself stress-free. The nerve of these guys! Having a face covered in spots must be one of the most stressful situations I can imagine.
